Naples, Italy is not that nice. Yes it is Italy. At this time though it isn't a nice place to be. There are huge trash piles everywhere. I heard the reports about the trash piles on the news, but it is much worse than I believed. I didn't take any pictures since I was so disgusted with it, but one of the guys that I hung out with took pictures and he said he would share them. I will post some when I get them.

Cub Scouts!

Hey everyone! This past weekend John had his Cross Over Ceremony for Cub Scouts. He has been a bear all year and he has now become a Webelo!!! I'm so proud of him. He's worked really hard to get to this point.

Along the same lines... I have agreed to take over the pack in two years. Not the den. The whole pack. The one to rule them all! Muahahahaha!!! Hehe! So, next year I will be the Assistant Pack Master and the year after that I will be the Pack Master. I'm excited and scared at the same time, but I think it will be lots of fun and frustration! LOL!!! Oh well, it's for the boys!

The end of the night... We had three flags to retire that night. It is a beautiful ceremony to watch. This picture of is of me and John placing our parts of Old Glory into the fire. It is very emotional to watch.

Traveling

I am traveling this week. Unfortunately not where I really want to go. I am on my way to Naples, Italy for a week. I reckon I'll tough it out although it will be rough. I get back on friday afternoon and that rolls into a 3 day weekend for NATO. Then I am at work for 4 days and get another 3 day weekend. Then 1 day at work and I finally get to fly where I really want to go, Home! Not as long as I want to stay but better than not at all.
